Inclusivity was a key part of DoorDash’s brief to its agency, The Martin Agency, for Super Bowl LV. DoorDash looked to reflect diversity not only in the casting, but in the types of items they featured as well.
The opportunity:
Companies can work with agencies to help meet their D&I goals. It’s important that companies communicate upfront the importance of D&I and their D&I strategy to their agencies.
