Denny’s, America’s Diner has launched Hungry for Education (HFE). A scholarship program awarding over $50,000 and bringing together two important topics in our country today, education and childhood hunger. MRS was the agency Denny’s called upon to develop and execute this cool new program.
Hungry for Education awards deserving students in 12 of Denny’s key minority markets with scholarships ranging from $1,000 – $2,500 by asking students to provide real ideas on how Denny’s can impact childhood hunger. Denny’s efforts were initially received with welcoming arms as they brought on several leading minority non-profit organizations as Hungry for Education partners. MRS had a vital role in bringing together the co-branded promotional efforts between Denny’s and their HFE partners along with providing the creative program identity, ads, restaurant POS collateral and the online scholarship application process.
